This is the short, practical guide to how corporate gifting works at SoulMade Desserts. If you run client relationships, manage an office, or host events for a building or venue, this page answers the questions partners ask us most: what the gift formats are, how corporate event service works, what to budget, and how far ahead to order. When you’re ready, the order form at the bottom of this page is the fastest way to start.
The gift formats
The dozen gift box is the classic client gift: twelve French macarons in your brand colors, boxed with a note card carrying your message. It is the go-to for closings, contract signings, holiday gifts, and thank-yous after a big project. The two-dozen office box covers team celebrations — work anniversaries, launches, and milestones — and feeds a small office with something far more memorable than a catered lunch. For bigger lists, we box and label individual gifts in batches, ready to hand out or ship to multiple addresses on one order.
Corporate events & dessert service
Yes — we service corporate events. For conferences, tenant and community events, holiday parties, grand openings, and open houses, we build macaron dessert tables in your brand colors, from 100-piece platters to a macaron tower centerpiece. Individual boxed macarons also make perfect attendee gifts and speaker thank-yous. Tell us the venue, headcount, and color palette and we’ll design the spread; delivery and presentation-ready boxing are handled by us, so your team just points at the table.
How ordering works
1. Tell us the occasion. Use the order form below with your date, quantity or headcount, and brand colors — a logo or color codes help us match shells exactly. 2. We bake fresh to order. Every corporate order is made in small batches at our Plainfield bakery, in signature flavors like pistachio, salted caramel, raspberry, vanilla, lemon, chocolate, and coffee. 3. We deliver across Chicagoland. From downtown Loop offices and event venues to suburban corporate campuses in Naperville, Hinsdale, and Northbrook — boxed, labeled, and ready to gift.
What to budget
At Chicago-area bakeries, a single French macaron typically runs about $2.50 to $4 per piece, and gift boxes work out lower per piece than singles — our full breakdown is in How Much Do Macarons Cost in Chicago? Custom colors, note cards, and batch labeling are part of the service, and we’ll give you an exact quote for your quantity and date before you commit. If a smaller order does the job, we’ll tell you.
Lead times
Standard gift orders need just a few days. For large orders — 500 pieces or more — two weeks’ lead time lets us bake fresh and match your colors exactly. Working to a fixed event date or a holiday deadline? Send it early and we’ll hold your bake slot.
Why companies choose macarons
They look premium, they photograph beautifully (recipients post them), the individual portions suit offices and events, and the shells are naturally gluten-free — made with almond flour — so they work across dietary needs. A branded box of macarons says “we thought about this” in a way a generic basket never can. More on our favorites is in Corporate Macaron Gifts in Chicago.
Corporate gifting questions, answered
Do you have a corporate gifting guide or price list you can send?
You’re reading it — this page is our corporate gifting guide. Send us your quantity and date through the order form below and we’ll reply with an exact quote for your order.
Do you service corporate events, or only gift boxes?
Both. Alongside gift boxes, we provide dessert tables, platters, and towers for corporate events — tenant and community events, conferences, holiday parties, and openings — in your brand colors, delivered and presentation-ready.
Can you match our company brand colors and include a message?
Yes — shells are tinted to your brand palette and every gift box can carry a note card with your message. Send your logo or color codes when you order.
What is the minimum corporate order?
Corporate orders start at one dozen per box. Most companies order 5 to 10 dozen for teams and clients, or 100+ pieces for events.
How much lead time do you need?
A few days for standard gift orders; two weeks is ideal for 500+ pieces so we can bake fresh and match colors exactly. Need it sooner? Ask — we’ll tell you honestly what we can do.
