Wedding Candy & Dessert Bars
A table your guests will talk about on the drive home: glass apothecary jars of candy matched to your wedding colors, scoops and take-home favor bags — with a SoulMade macaron tower as the centerpiece and our full bakery behind it.
WHAT IT IS
A candy bar, the SoulMade way
A wedding candy bar is a self-serve sweet station: rows of glass apothecary jars filled with candy in your wedding colors, with scoops, tongs and little bags so guests can build their own favor. It doubles as reception décor, an activity between dinner and dancing, and the wedding favor — all in one table.
Where SoulMade takes it further is the bakery behind the candy. At the center of the table stands a French macaron tower tinted to your palette, surrounded by the desserts we bake every day: mini mousse cups, Napoleon bites, cheesecake minis, and a custom cake cut for the couple. It is a candy bar and a dessert table in one — and every bite is made by us, not poured from a bulk bag.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to a styled sweet table
Tell us your palette & guest count
Send your date, venue, colors and headcount through the order form below. An invitation photo or inspiration board helps us match exactly.
We design the bar
We pair candy, macaron flavors and mini desserts to your colors and theme, and size quantities to your guest count — then confirm everything with an exact quote.
We deliver & style it
On the day, we bring the jars, stands and signage to your venue, style the table before guests arrive, and leave it stocked with bags and scoops.
How much per guest?
General planning guidance: candy bars are typically sized at about a quarter to a half pound of candy per guest, and couples usually plan 2–3 macarons per guest when a tower is part of the table. We’ll fine-tune the mix with you so the table looks generous all night.
When should you book?
Four to eight weeks ahead is ideal for weddings — enough time to source your candy colors, tint macarons and hold your date. Closer than that? Ask us anyway; we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Anything else on your mind? Text us through the order form — we reply personally to every inquiry.
How much candy do I need per guest?
As a general planning guide, candy bars are usually sized at about a quarter to a half pound of candy per guest, plus 2–3 macarons per guest when a tower is part of the bar. Tell us your guest count and we’ll size the jars, candy and desserts so the table looks full all night without mountains left over.
Can you match our wedding colors?
Yes — matching your palette is the whole point. We choose candy in your colors, tint the macaron shells to match, and style the jars, ribbons and signage to your theme. Send us your palette, invitation or inspiration board when you order.
Do you provide the jars, scoops and favor bags?
Yes. Our setup includes glass apothecary jars, scoops and tongs, and take-home favor bags for your guests, plus a styled sign for the table. You just tell us where the table goes.
Do you deliver and set up at our venue?
Yes — we deliver and style candy & dessert bars at venues across Plainfield, Chicago and the suburbs, and set everything up before your guests arrive. Smaller bars can also be packed ready for pickup — ask when you order.
How far in advance should we book a wedding candy bar?
Four to eight weeks ahead is ideal for weddings, so we can source your candy colors, tint the macarons and hold your date. Working with less time? Reach out — we’ll tell you honestly what we can do.
How much does a wedding candy & dessert bar cost?
It depends on your guest count and what goes on the table, so every bar is quoted exactly per event. As a budgeting reference, French macarons at Chicago-area bakeries typically run about $2.50 to $4 per piece. Send your date and headcount through the order form and we’ll reply with an exact quote — no obligation.
