We’re bringing that magic to Chicago, with a SoulMade twist: every month’s box includes one flavor that only members ever taste.

How the club works

It starts with the waitlist below — one quick text and you’re in line. When founding-member spots open, waitlist members get first dibs. Each month you’ll receive a box of seasonal French macarons, baked fresh in our Plainfield kitchen, with a text reminder before every box. Life gets busy? Skip or pause anytime once you’re a member. No fine print, no commitment traps — just really good macarons showing up like clockwork.

The members-only flavor

Here’s the fun part: every month, our bakers create one experimental flavor that exists only in club boxes. Members taste it first, and the most-loved experiments earn a permanent spot on the menu. Think of it as a delicious little secret between us — you’ll be trying flavors nobody else in Chicago can get.

Join the waitlist and mention it’s a gift; when spots open we’ll make sure the first box arrives wrapped and ready to wow. Getting married? Why a waitlist?

Honest answer: we’re opening a limited number of founding-member spots so every box stays handcrafted and fresh — no cutting corners as we grow. The waitlist is how we keep it fair: first in line, first served. Founding members will also lock in founding pricing and get to vote on future members-only flavors — a small thank-you for believing in the club first. Joining costs nothing and there’s no payment until you claim a spot, so there’s no reason not to grab your place.

How we keep every box fresh

Macarons are at their best within days of baking, so club boxes are baked the same week they go out — never warehoused, never stale. Each box arrives in protective packaging with a card describing the month’s flavors and the story behind the members-only creation. It’s the closest thing to walking into our Plainfield kitchen every month — without leaving your couch.
